Originální abstrakt

The paper describes the usage of a composite rebar in applications with reduction of thermal bridges. The behavior of compressed element is described. The aim is to define the resistance of the compressed element in standard and fire conditions. Compression elements with short fibers of length 6 and 50 mm or long fibers were tested and the effect of using of embedded rebar has been verified. The comparison between used materials and also behavior obtained from tests of specimens of compressed elements at room and elevated temperatures are shown. The critical temperature of usage FRP material as a compression element was found.
