Energetický manažment budov rozhoduje okrem iného aj o spôsobe regulácie vykurovania budov, teda o tom, na akú teplotu sa bude počas dňa vykurovať a či sa zavedú útlmy vykurovania. Článok sa zaoberá porovnaním rôznych útlmov vykurovania bytového domu metódami počítačovej simulácie a ich vplyvom na tepelný komfort a spotrebu tepla budovy na vykurovanie, a súčasne poukazuje na vplyv prijatých zjednodušení spočívajúci v zanedbaní vplyvu dynamiky vykurovacích telies a termostatického ventilu.

Anglický abstrakt

The energy management of buildings decides, among other things, on how to regulate the heating of buildings, ie at what temperature will be heated during the day and whether heating attenuation will be introduced. This paper deals with the comparison of the various attenuation of the heating of the apartment building and their influence on the thermal comfort and the heat consumption of the building for heating by the methods of computer simulation, and at the same time also points to the effect of simplifications received, namely the neglect of the dynamics of radiators and the thermostatic valve.
