Originální abstrakt

Fatty acids are an important component of lipids and serves as a necessary structural tissue component and source of energy for human body. Gas chromatography was used for evaluation of occurrence of 35 fatty acids and 13 trans fatty acids in soups and main dishes served within school catering in the Czech Republic.
