Originální abstrakt
This paper presents the development and validation of a method for estimating circular power flow that may occur when closing a coupling switch between two independently supplied areas in a MV distribution network. The method uses voltage phasor measurements obtained from Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) installed at supply substations and distribution transformer stations. The estimation method is integrated into a~configurable software platform designed for distribution system monitoring, analysis and operator visualization. The platform supports secure data acquisition, processing and result display (including map-based interfaces). The measurement infrastructure is built on modular remote terminal units with PMU functionality, allowing flexible field deployment. The proposed method was tested using simulated phasor data derived from a~realistic model of a pilot network.
