Molecular spectra contain much information about their structure, position of atoms and also about the position of nucleus. It is possible to directly compute various layers of energy's levels of the researched molecule, determine information about the electron's structure and vibrational and rotational behavior of the molecule. Expect these features it is possible to detect the present of various molecules in stars, planets and comets, higher atmosphere and intercosmic space based on the interpretation of molecular spectra. Also it is possible to predict physical conditions in these objects. In these objects there are usually a plasma, to identify their features it is needed to diagnose the plasma by measured molecular spectra. But finding plasma's parameters from spectral lines is not easy; it is generally a very complex problem. The cause of this problem is that except information about electron's transitions there are also vibrational and rotational transitions and the molecular spectrum is a combination of all of them. And so in these days there exist more methods how to determine parameters of plasma from the molecular spectrum. To the easiest method of the determination of neutral gas's temperature is sorted the method based on the distribution of intensities of rotational lines separeted branches called Ornstein-van Wijkov. To the other possibilities, in the case that the spectrograph distinguishes the rotational structure at least one branch of vibrational band, is ranked the method of Knaus and Caye. It is also possible to use the method based on the work with non-edgy lines like singulets and intensit factors for singulet's transitions are used. The similar method is based on the fact that the intensity of all indistinction components are measured in the spectrogram. As you can see the written methods are mainly differed in the form of the rotational temperature determination and in this way also the neutral gas determination. But it is needed to consider these methods from the view of their accuracy and usability application on the experimental measured spectrum. It is needed to use statistical indexes like a test of reliability, test of the homogeneity of values obtained by different methods or by two spectra measured in the same method and uncertainties of the calculated values of rotational temperature. All of these information are in the poster.
