Originální abstrakt

The book of proceedings contains 11 reviewed conference papers of the international research symposium of architecture and urbanism, which took place on November 4, 2020 at the Faculty of Architecture of the Brno University of Technology. The on-line international symposium was a meeting of doctoral students organized to exchange experiences and knowledge between research institutes and young researchers. The symposium was accompanied by virtual scientific poster exhibition at www.fa.vutbr.cz/konference/phd2020/. PhD students in two thematic areas of architecture and urbanism presented the results of their research. This year’s 9th annual conference is a follow up on previous conferences held in Prague in 2011, 2014 and 2017 in Bratislava in 2012 and 2015 and in Brno in 2013, 2016 and 2019.
