The article deals with th eanalysis of some cadasters in the Czech Republic and a design of measures and evaluation of its effectivness both in terms of soil conservation and esspecially in terms of imrpovement of runoff conditions. It also deals with the issue of the design of there measures in relation to land owners and users.
