Originální abstrakt

The paper is devoted to the use of information from the financial analysis for the management of construction company. In my work I deal with a real construction company, its management and analysis of the possible outline of improving its financial management based on inputs, which are the financial statements. Information that can be obtained from the financial analysis is a valuable basis for management decision-making and management. It is possible to reveal strengths and weaknesses based on the financial analysis. Financial analysis can also be used for evaluation of competitors in a given market segment.

The paper is devoted to the use of information from the financial analysis for the management of construction company.
