On the project

Real estate sciences and property valuation are multidisciplinary sciences combining economics, geography and sociology through human behavior. Segmentation of real estate market with specifics of particular geographic areas is one of the toughest issue to deal with, especially if it is necessary to provide results and explanation structure of market segments with various specifics or eventually anomalies. Although the real estate market is hierarchically divided by administrative or geographical level, this may fail to extract the condition of the genuine market segmentation.
