Draft proposal of establishing the construction supplier company oriented on the construction works of the family houses. Demonstration of the proposal feasibility in respect to the organisation, prises, financial and commercial aspects, with use of controlling and marketing research. Proposal is set with appropriate software support.

Prerequisites

Knowledge from areas of technical disciplines, especially designing of civil and engineering objects and technology of construction works. Knowledge and skills from construction firm economics, pricing, price and cost management in civil engineering and from areas of financial and business management and marketing. Ability to use suitable software.

Course curriculum

1. Assignment of complex project, explanation of purpose, content of particular parts and requrements on students.
2. - 12. Elaboration of particular parts of complex project - marketing, pricing, financing and controlling with use of software products. Individual consultations for each part.
13. Presentation and defendning of projects.

Aims

To draw up a proposal for business plan for founding of construction firm oriented on construction work provisio. To demonstrate ability to use knowledge from technical, economic, management and law disciplines. To demonstrate feasibility of proposed plan with respect to its organization, pricing, financial and business sides by help of controlling and marketing inquiry. Ability to use documentation from technical projects and suitable software for elaboration.
