The content of the course is an introduction to the law of commercial corporations, from the basic concepts of this branch of law, through the individual types of commercial corporations and their differences to other related branches, such as trade law, business under other laws, protection of competition, unfair competition law and insolvency law.

No credit is given.The examination is written. The written examination consists of regulated questions. Knowledge of the material covered is tested. Classification is carried out in accordance with the directive of the Faculty of Business at the BUT. A minimum of 50% of the points is required to pass the examination. Participation in the examination is compulsory.
