Výuka je zaměřena na pokročilé metody, techniky a nástroje v projektovém managementu, které jsou využitelné při řízení projektů v současném neustále se měnícím prostředí. Studentům budou na praktických konkrétních příkladech představeny nejnovější poznatky z oblasti řízení projektů.

Hlavním cílem předmětu je poskytnout teoretické základy i praktické poznatky, které jsou nezbytné pro řízení projektů v praxi. Důraz je kladen na využití pokročilých metod, technik a nástrojů v projektech.
