BUT opens 2nd call for projects with commercial potential

Do you have a unique technology that you don’t want to leave in a drawer or laboratory? A unique know-how that you believe in and are eager to bring closer to commercial application? This is exactly what the 2nd call within the project "Acceleration of Proof of Concept Activities at BUT" is intended for, co-financed by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic. As part of this call, you can submit your proposal for a sub-project from April 1st. The selection will be made by the BUT Industrial Council, composed of experts from across the commercial sector.

Another opportunity to obtain detailed information about the 2nd call will be a workshop, which will take place on Monday, April 28th, at 2:00 PM at the BUT Rectorate. Register here (in Czech language).

The workshop will also include a presentation of the professional software PatSnap, for which BUT has a license. This tool, utilizing AI and other advanced features, helps simplify research, increase the relevance of results, for example, in assessing the commercial potential of findings from an innovation perspective.
