Original Abstract

Nanostructured anodic oxides on refractory alloys, amorphous or crystalline, are of growing importance to the formation of capacitor electrodes, sensing layers, catalysts or proton conductors. For the first time, we have tried to prepare self-organized nanostructured regularly mixed refractory oxide films via porous-alumina-assisted anodizing of a binary alloy layer and looked into their formation-structure-property relationship.
