Original Abstract

The aim of presented study is analysis of proteome of some types of Czech and foreing beers using column prefractionation in combination with two dimensional gel electrophoresis with narrow-pH-range gradients and image analysis. The results could be used for specific sample preparation for proteome analysis of beer and similar food matrices.
