Original Abstract

Nowadays requirements of an analytical chemistry are cheap and precise conductometric sensors with high sensitivity even for very less quantity of a chemical solution. These sensors could use not only in chemistry but also in other branches of an industry. Realisations of the chemical sensors bring many problems as e.q. an effect of the double layer capacity, the serial resistance of an electrode, the cell constant etc. This paper summarizes the most important problems caused by electrode miniaturization, which were found during research at department of microelectronics.
