Original Abstract

Pure water is considered a s a coolant in main technologies connected with steel processing. Some technologies use addtives for lubrication and anti-corrosion reasons. The paper deals with decreasing of cooling intensity when another coolants are used instead of pure water. Program of experiments provided extensive quantitative information useful for wide range if industrial spray cooling.
