Original Abstract

V rámci projektu 6. rámcového programu EU s názvem BRITA in PuBs bylo rekonstruováno 8 demonstračních budov v sedmi evropských zemích. Cílem demonstračních rekonstrukcí bylo snížit spotřebu energie o alespoň 50 % v porovnání se situací před rekonstrukcí, při současném zvýšení komfortu pro obyvatele. V České republice byla v rámci projektu BRITA in PuBs rekonstruována budova pracovně označovaná jako "Pivovar", která se nachází v areálu Fakulty informačních technologií VUT v Brně. V případě "Pivovaru" zahrnovala rekonstrukce celkovou změnu způsobu užívání budovy.

English abstract

A number of energy saving measures was applied in the retrofit. The passive measures, like additional insulation for the building envelope or replacement of windows are more or less "standard" energy saving measures used in the building retrofits in the Czech Republic. Active measures, like the installation of a Building Energy Management System, integration of photovoltaic cells or use of demand controlled ventilation are quite innovative and have not yet been used in a mass scale yet.
