Original Abstract

The Business and Management Faculty (hereinafter referred to as BMF) is the organic integral part of the Brno University of Technology, it was established and develops its activities within the University. To become the competitive faculty within the Central European region is a very important task of BMF. BMF is focused on support of creation of the dynamic system facilitating restructuring, modification of the existing and creation of new branches of study with the objective to reach higher quality of studies and increase interest in studies at BMF. Improvement of the system of evaluation of quality of educational activities, development and improvement of the presence and combined form of bachelor and related master branches of study with concentration on the progressive communication and teaching technologies, development of the so called "cross-disciplinary skills", support of teaching specialized subjects in foreign languages, realization of master study schemes, the so called joint degree, are the utmost objectives of BMF in conformity with conclusions of the evaluation report of EUA experts and in conformity with the efforts to reach high quality and excellence of academic activities.
