Original Abstract

General aviation (GA) aircraft are designed according to FAR-23 / JAR-23 regulations. Regulations use “direct” (deterministic) requirements for basic structure of an airplane, while for the rest of critical systems it uses "universal" (dependability) requirements. Contribution shows basic possibilities of dependability parameters estimation for parts designed in accordance with “direct” requirements. Second part of the text deals with possibilities of creation of simple software application for dependability assessment.
