Original Abstract

This paper presents results of controllability researches and construction of solution and control for linear stationary systems with delay. Analysis of controllability of linear stationary dynamic system with constant aftereffect in the case of commutative matrices is conducted. Necessary and sufficient conditions for controllability are defined, general solution of the system is shown and control is build.
