Original Abstract

The knowledge of the transport coefficients (electrical and thermal conductivity, viscosity) is important for the description and modelling of phenomena in arc. The Chapman-Enskog method is the theoretical base of the created program for the transport coefficient calculation. This method introduces the variable called the collision integral that is formulated for a pair of colliding particles. The calculation of the collision integrals of each pair of particles in plasma is the important part of the transport coefficient calculation. The program was applied to the Ar-N2 plasma and result values are presented in this paper for temperature interval (1000-30000) K and different pressures.
