Original Abstract

The paper deals with earth fault phenomena in MV compensated networks. There were damaged concrete towers in E.ON Czech Republic distribution network and the aim of experiment was to measure electrical values during the fault. The experiment was prepared and six types of fault for tuned and untuned Petersen coil and for two distances between busbar and point of fault were subsequently connected. The faults were connected by one-phase load disconnector and the line was in normal operation - loaded.
