Original Abstract

Spray cooling of steel surface by water based nanofluids was experimentally investigated. Program was completed for concentrations 40 wt.% (17.1 vol.%), 10 wt.% (3.3 vol.%) and 1 wt.% (0.3 vol.%) of nanoparticles Al2O3 and TiO2. The initial temperature of steel sensor was 190C. It was invariantly sprayed by full cone nozzle from 40, 100 and 160 mm by flow rates from 1 to 2 kg/min. There was thermocouple soldered to the cooled steel sensor.
