Original Abstract

This paper deals with a permutation flow shop scheduling problem where processing times are given by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and a makespan is minimised. It describes possible approaches to representing and solving this problem as a multicriteria deterministic problem. Proposed approaches included the use of stochastic heuristic methods (simulated annealing, tabu search, genetic algorithms). Computational results for a selected case of multi-objective problem are presented.
