Original Abstract
The paper deals with operational notification of power generating modules with focus on compliance verification processes with involvement of third-party bodies issuing equipment certificates. The verification processes introduced by EU Commission are analyzed and systematized, and further, their needful and beneficial development has been identified and proposed. In following, means and techniques of the equipment compliance verification (compliance testing, compliance simulation, compliance monitoring) and their respective use cases and limitations are described and upgraded. Finally, timeline for compliance verification process throughout power generating module's lifetime before and after final operational notification emphasizing deployment of all introduced verification techniques is presented.
