Original Abstract

At the present time the surface replacement is very actual replacement of the hip joint. The metal on metal surface replacement procedure has been proposed as an alternative to THR for younger more active patients. Strain stress analyses were performed for a variety of the surface replacement designs. All analyses results were compared. On the basis of the results we chosen best fit variant of the replacement design.
