V úvodu článku autor představuje aktuální trendy návrhu a realizace systémů nuceného větrání a klimatizace, které zajišťují tvorbu vnitřního mikroklima pracovního, pobytového a obytného prostředí. Upozorňuje na nezbytnost těchto technických zařízení při stavbě budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. V druhé části se zamýšlí nad směrem vývoje těchto vzduchotechnických systémů, a to nejen s ohledem na snižování energetické náročnosti budov, ale i v současné době nad aktuálním zabezpečení systémů proti šíření různých epidemiologických struktur.

In the introduction to the article, the author presents current trends in the design and implementation of forced ventilation and air conditioning systems, which ensure the creation of an internal microclimate of the working, living and living environment. It draws attention to the need for these technical devices in the construction of buildings with almost zero energy consumption. The second part considers the direction of development of these ventilation systems, not only with regard to reducing the energy intensity of buildings, but also at present the current security of systems against the spread of various epidemiological structures.
