Original Abstract

Saltus-type boundary conditions for modeling the time-domain electromagnetic (EM) response of a thin layer with combined dielectric and magnetic properties are derived. Illustrative applications of the cross-layer conditions reveal potentialities of combined sheets to achieving the EM transparency for a causal pulsed EM-field excitation.
