Original Abstract

It is necessary to draw attention to the necessity and effectiveness of applying optimization in economic policy and administration at all levels. Currently, this process is very sporadic, even if the conditions are ready for it. Many organizations are equipped with computer technology, networked and connected to the Internet and Intranet. The use of the optimization process is varied, as will be explained below. Similarly, methods for optimizing solutions are diverse, ranging from classic to advanced, using the latest mathematical knowledge. These methods include knowledge of fuzzy logic theory, neural networks, and genetic algorithms. It serves not only to optimize but also to support decision making
