Original Abstract

Experimentální ověření a posouzení životnosti osazených desek plošných spojů a jejich odolnosti proti vlivu teplotních cyklů. Cílem bylo ověřit schopnost modulů vyhovět bez poškození a ztráty funkce nebo parametrů podmínkám simulujícím provoz satelitu na oběžné dráze.

English abstract

Experimental verification and evaluation of lifetime of printed circuit boards and their resistance against the influence of temperature cycles. The aim was to verify the ability of the modules to meet, without damage and loss of function or parameters, the conditions simulating satellite operation in the orbit.
