Podle odborníků na mikroklima budov se umíme fyziologicky přizpůsobit dlouhodobě teplejšímu a stejně tak dlouhodobě chladnějšímu počasí, ale extrémní střídání teplot nám nedělá dobře. Na dané téma s námi hovořil akademický pracovník Fakulty stavební a Ústavu technických zařízení budov VUT v Brně doc. Ing. Aleš Rubina, Ph.D.

English abstract

According to the microclimate experts, we are able to physiologically adapt to the warmer weather, as well as the long-term cooler weather, but the extreme temperature changes do not do us well.
