Original Abstract

IEC61850 Standard defines communication protocol for intelligent electronic devices at electrical substations. It describes in IEC61850-9-2 sampled values and how to digitalized measurements. Transferring data in digital format is used for the protection and monitoring application, the challenge nowadays is sharing the current and voltage measurements in substations and uses it for monitoring and protection application. Due to the fact that current and voltage transformers are able to convert the analog signals to digital format. This paper presents the measured sampled values and shares voltage level between two protection relays.
