Original Abstract

Paper focus on aplicability of non-destructive acustic method Impact-echo as diagnostic tool for assesment of high temperature degraded concrete. Presented results are based on testing the concrete beams of diametr 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.4 and degraded from 200 °C to 1200 °C by 200 °C steps. Measurement is based on testing transverse waves and two dominant frequencecies are observed in each measurement and compared with values of destructive tests as compressive strength and flexural strength. Corelation between both trends is observed and assest.
