Cílem studie je volba a verifikace existujících motorických testů, které umožní posoudit úroveň dysbalance v oblasti ramen. Testy byly aplikovány na skupině 50 studentů VUT, kteří se zabývají kondičním posilováním. Metoda pro volbu a verifikaci testů byla omezena pohybovým obsahem, typem výsledků a standardizací testů. Cílem studie je získat podstatné informace o stavu pohybového aparátu v oblasti ramen. Na základě těchto informací je možné rozvíjet vhodné pohybové aktivity a předcházet eventuálním svalovým zraněním.

The aim of the study was to select and verify the existing motor tests allowing the estimation of level of the dysbalance in the shoulder domain. We check out a target group of fifty students of Brno University of Technology, which have chosen the fitness and body building as their sporting activity. The method of test selection and verification has been limited by the motoric volume, type of results and standardization of the tests, respectively. Therefore, the need of modification and formation of the test battery primarily used to the examined population shows to be necessary. The result of the study is an acquisition of information on the state of motor apparatus in the shoulder domain. The application of appropriate motor tests help us to provide a plan of individual skills focused to the healthy development of muscular groups in the shoulder domain and to eliminate an evident muscular dysbalance and factors detrimental to health due to the different causes of injury.
