Optimizing the life cycle cost of the house in terms of facility management

Tento článek je zaměřen na možnosti projektanta ve spolupráci s facility manažerem ovlivnit náklady stavebního díla spojené s jeho životním cyklem. Na příkladě stavby rodinného domu jsou využity poznatky z facility managementu. Navrženy jsou čtyři varianty rodinného domu, pro které jsou vypočítány položkové rozpočty, energetické bilance domu a další náklady životního cyklu stavby. Na závěr jsou jednotlivé varianty porovnány a je nastíněno, která z variant je pro budoucího uživatele nejvýhodnější.

This article is dedicated to the designer in collaboration with the facility manager to influence the cost of construction works associated with its life cycle. On the example of building a house is used knowledge of facility management. Designed are four variants of the house, for which they are calculated itemized budgets, the energy balance of the house and another life-cycle costs of the building. At the conclusion of the individual variants compared and outlined which variant is best for the future user.
