Original Abstract

Both the conductive busbars and the layer of semiconductive PEDOT:PSS were printed by screen printing. IV characteristics of the functional printed organic electrochemical transistor (OECT) were obtained and it is clear that a lot of optimization still need to be conducted in order to achieve better results.
