Original Abstract

The text of the article is devoted to the determination of the seasonal efficiency of the two basic types of heat recovery, which is most commonly used in ventilation systems. This is the assessment of the measurement results of the year-long classical regenerative heat exchanger and a standard non-hygroscopic of regenerative heat exchanger. For that assessment we present the results of measurements, not only in winter but in summer. This article aims to show the importance of the type of heat on the operating characteristics of the system and to refute allegations that the efficiency of heat recovery systems is constant. The first part of the article focuses on the theoretical calculation of the power efficiency together with an analysis of the difference in the transmission of heat exchangers mentioned. The second part of the article focuses on the presentation of real measured data.
