Original Abstract

Organic molecules are potential materials for low cost, light weight or flexible organic electronics and photonics. The aims of this study were to synthetize and characterize novel small molecule materials (based on diketopyrrolopyrroles) for use in organic electronics and photonics. The materials were characterized with respect to their molecular structure. Optical and electrical properties of the devices were investigated.
