Original Abstract

Freeze-drying method enables a friendly way to remove the solvent and improve the stability of the products. The basic principle of freeze-drying is the sublimation of solvent from frozen sample at very low pressure and laboratory ambient temperature. In our work we used freeze-drying for treating of native unmodified hydrophilic hyaluronan. For purposes of this work, fluorescence hydrophobic probes were used as indicators of the interactions. It was observed, that freeze-drying of the systems was effective way to support the interactions.
