Original Abstract

This paper covers an area of perspective and ecological way to heavy metals detection in water solutions. For this purpose was designed a new type of amperometric sensor substrate fabricated using thick film technology. The intention was to prepare a base substrate for study of properties of materials used for working electrodes fabrication. In this work, the main emphasis was on sensor design and on materials of working and reference electrodes to ensure reproducible and reliable detection of heavy metals with sufficient limit of detection. Some special pastes for working electrodes were prepared and used for heavy metal analysis. Finally, the results of these measurements are showed in this paper.
