Original Abstract

The aim of this work is preparation of LAB biofilm on th inorganic carriers and sebsequently down stream processing, where freeze-drying and fluidization bed drying was compered. The second part of this work is target to the comparison of viability of LAB biofilm and free cells culture in the presence of low pH, which simulates in environment in the gastrointestinal tract.
