Original Abstract

Diketopyrrolopyrroles based small molecules are high performance materials originally used in dye industry, recently successfully used in organic electronics and photovoltaic as well. Nowadays are drawing attention mainly due their physical and chemical properties. DPP derivatives have been investigated for optical-electronics applications such as as chemosensors, two-photon absorption, solid-state dye lasers, organic light-emitting diodes, organic thin-film transistors and more. In contrast, the derivates DPP do not have to be stable like the basic molecule of DPP. The stability of materials used in organic devices play key role and this study deals with the mechanism of degradation processes on the thin layers of the derivate of DPP
