Abstract

Jedná se o měřicí box obalený černou, světlu nepropustnou folií. Uvnitř boxu je umístěn čítač fotonů a LED s filtrem pro oddělení požadované vlnové délky. Tyto LED se rozsvěcují a zhasínají v definovaných časech a čítač fotonů poté měří počet fotonů uvnitř boxu, které jsou vyzařovány ze vzorku. Elektronika je napojena přes USB převodník do PC, na kterém běží řídící software.

Abstract in English

It is wrapped in a black box test, light impermeable foil. Inside the box is placed and LED photon counter with a filter to separate the desired wavelength. These LEDs light up sequentially at defined times and photon counter then measures the number of photons inside the box, which are emitted from the sample. Electronics is connected via the USB interface to the PC running the control software.
