Abstract

Stůl slouží pro přesné dvouosé polohování experimentálních zařízení. Stůl se skládá ze tří nezávislých desek, mezi kterými je valivé uložení realizované pomocí dvou párů přesných lineárních ložisek se zkříženými valivými elementy. Nastavení pozice je umožněno dvojící mikrometrů, které jsou pružinou tlačeny proti opěrným bodům.

Abstract (in English)

The table is used for biaxial precise positioning of experimental devices. The table consists of three independent plates. The plates are bounded by two pairs of linear bearings with crossed rollers. Positioning is enabled by pair of micrometers, which are pushed by spring against the supporting points.
