Abstract

Tester Si M01 je navržen speciálně pro testování účastnických submodulů osazených obvody Silicon Labs Si32xx. Tester se skládá z řídicího průmyslového PC osazeného multifunkční měřicí kartou, skříně s testovací elektronikou, výsuvné klávesnice a myši, LCD monitoru s kloubovým zavěšením a z nosného šasi z hliníkových profilů. Celek je navržen tak, aby testy mohla provádět obsluha bez odborných znalostí. Celý test a jeho výsledek je obsluze zobrazen na LCD monitoru. Tester na každém submodulu provádí tyto testy: -Test ID obvodu. -Test registrů a RAM. -Měření napětí a proudů na telefonní lince v různých stavech. -Měření parametrů vyzvánění. -Test volby. -Test smyček DLM-PCM, DLM-hybrid a DLM-codec. -Měření frekvenční přenosové chrarakteristiky.

Abstract in English

Si M01 tester is specifically designed for testing of subscriber submodules based on Silicon Labs Si32xx line of integrated circuits. The tester is comprised of industrial PC with multifunction data acquisition card, block with auxiliary test electronics, rack-mount keyboard and mouse, LCD monitor with rotary mount and aluminium profile chasis which holds all the components together. The entire tester is designed so it can be operated by unskilled labour. Progress and result of testing is displayed on the LCD monitor. These tests are performed on each submodule: -ID checking. -Internal registers and RAM verification. -Measurement of telephone line voltages and currents. -Measurement of ringing parameters. -Dialing test. -Test of signal loops DLM-PCM, DLM-hybrid and DLM-codec. -Measurement of frequency transfer function.
