Jedná se o hybridní větrací systém řízený na základě koncentrací oxidu uhličitého. Systém umožňuje pasivní chlazení intenzivním větráním řízeným podle vnitří a venkovní teploty vzduchu a vlhkosti.

Demand controlled residential hybrid ventilation system. The demand control is based on carbon dioxide monitoring. The system can also operate in passive cooling mode. Solar chimneys are employed in passive cooling mode. The demand control of passive cooling takes into account indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity.
