Článek se věnuje institutu smluv z pohledu praktikujícího architekta. Článek upozorňuje na výhody tohoto institutu, kterou je zejména rychlost povolení stavby.

English abstract

The article is devoted to the institute of contracts from the point of view of a practicing architect. The article draws attention to the advantages of this institute, which is mainly the speed of construction permits.
