This paper focuses on a systematic assessment of the impact of development projects on different performance areas, with an emphasis on social. In the context of the ever-evolving digital era, development projects are becoming a key element for achieving competitiveness and sustainability in all sectors. The aim of this paper is to analyze how development (housing) projects affect economic growth, firm efficiency, social interaction and sustainable development from a theoretical knowledge perspective.
