Original Abstract

Technické řešení se týká zařízení a způsobu pro udržování konstantní výšky nástroje nad povrchem substrátu při disperzním nanášení tixotropních materiálů. Obzvlášť při použití tenkých kapilár (pod 0,2 mm) a při podpoře toku materiálu ultrazvukem je nevyhnutelné udržovat odstup mezi koncem kapiláry a povrchem substrátu s přesností až 5 µm. Používané substráty (např. sklo, keramika nebo plasty) mají však povrch nerovný s vyvýšeninami řádově desetin mm. Rovněž fixace substrátu do stroje při přesnosti jednotek µm je nesnadná a časově náročná.

English abstract

The technical solution relates to a device and method for maintaining a constant tool height above the surface of the substrate upon dispersion of thixotropic materials. Especially when using thin capillaries (below 0.2 mm) and supporting the flow of material by ultrasound, it is inevitable to keep the distance between the end of the capillary and the surface of the substrate up to 5 μm. However, the substrates used (eg glass, ceramics or plastics) have uneven surfaces with elevations of the order of tenths of a millimeter. Also, fixing the substrate to the machine at the accuracy of the μm units is difficult and time-consuming.
